This is a fixed rate established for our online design service and is exclusive to the online store, not valid in physical Workcenter stores.
The rate does not include additional modifications after the review indicated in the contract. In case it is necessary to modify the previously accepted design, a cost of €24.99 + VAT/hour will be included.
Communication with the client will be done online, by phone or email, and will never be done through our physical stores.
The contact and delivery times for design work, set on the website, are subject to orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 5:00 p.m. or Friday before 2:00 p.m.

Home delivery or collection at our Workcenter stores. We make and ship your order from our national production centers on the same day as your purchase in working days, Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m., other days will be sent the next working day Delivery 48H.
