Businesses, professionals, students and
the general public need to create, reproduce, and transmit
documents at all hours of the day, but many times lack the
means to obtain their work in the quantity and quality they
desire. This reality drove a young entrepreneur to develop
a new model of business. A business that provided services
24 hours a day, everyday of the year, and was conveniently
located at centralized posts throughout the city.
In 1998, investing all of his savings, this young entrepreneur
launched the opening of the first 24 hour Workcenter in
the center of Madrid. His venture proved to be a complete
success. Today, at 39 years of age, Alfonso de Senillosa
presides over a company that has established itself as the
leader of the printing and document industry with the financial
backing from Grupo Santander and the IBV Corporation (BBVA
and Iberdrola). The company now provides printing services
to businesses and organizations of all sectors and sizes
as well as having centers located throughout the major cities
of Spain.
The key to success for the company, which currently employs
400 persons, lies in its ability to meet the needs of its
clients. To the date over one million clients have been
served with the core of the company’s clientele consisting
of working professionals and small businesses. However,
the company’s services extend much further as it is
also a provider of document and printing solutions for large
businesses ranging from finance to new technologies.
